Sessions vary in in duration from 30 to 120 minutes. Initial Sessions of Holistic Nutrition are 120 minutes. Mini Intial Sessions are 60 minutes. I am flexible and try to offer appointment times to suit your needs including evenings and weekends. Events and sessions are normally held at Body of Health in Guelph. What is IFM Functional Medicine Health Coaching?
I am a Functional Medicine Health Coach trained at the Institute of Functional Medicine Coaching Academy I use positive reinforcement and encouragement with my clients.
A Functional Medicine Health Coach provides support and guidance to clients recovering from chronic illness or wishing to improve overall health and well-being. A Health Coach is their clients’ ally, helping them reach a state of optimal wellness faster and better than they could on their own. From helping clients craft and stay on a well-designed plan to evaluating progress towards better health outcomes, Health Coaches de-mystify the path to thriving.
A Health Coach takes into account all aspects of a person’s life: nutrition, exercise, workplace and household stress, relationships, spirituality, and other factors which have significant impact on overall health outcomes. As your Health Coach, I offer compassion, accountability, and actionable steps so their clients can achieve the best outcome possible in the least amount of time.
I am insured to work with local and international clients. Clients have seen me for the number of sessions they feel they need.
